The following rules have been provided to help protect you and our staff:

1. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to consume alcohol with their meal unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian, or accompanied with a signed, written letter of consent by the parent or guardian.

2. Alcohol will not be sold without the purchase of a sit in meal.

3. Alcohol will not be sold for 'OFF PREMISES' consumption, even if a take out meal is purchased.

4. Any garments or belongings given to staff to leave in the cloakroom area are done so at the owners own risk, Marium Tandoori Cuisine cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or theft of any such items, customers are advised to remove any valuable items prior to cloakroom submission or keep all belongings in their possession at all times.

5. The customer will be held responsible for any accidents caused as a direct result of personal belongings found around the dining area - the management reserves the right to take legal action if the requirement arises.

6. Customers are advised to drink responsibly whilst dining at the restaurant, any drunk or disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in legal action.

7. This restaurant is designated as non-smoking, any smokers must go outside and if caught smoking on the premises, may face a fine of up to £50 and expulsion from the premises on a permanent basis.

8. Menu prices are subject to change without prior notice, the prices stated on the website are provided as a guide, please check in store for current prices.

9. Cheques will not be accepted without a valid banker's card.

1. This offer is valid at anytime, and for any service. 2. Customers may not use more than one Main Course Bonanza voucher at the same time on the same meal. 3. Use of the Main Course Bonanza voucher is permitted for meals purchased on different days. 4. Customers may not use the Main Course Bonanza voucher in conjunction with any other offers or promotions running at the same time. 5. Customers may not use the Main Course Bonanza voucher on alcohol purchases. 6. The Main Course Bonanza voucher applies to food only, drinks are not included on the Main Course Bonanza voucher scheme. 7. The management reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any Main Course Bonanza voucher. 8. The Main Course Bonanza voucher has no cash value.
